My Mom

Created by Debra 8 years ago
You were my mom for 54 great years, we laughed, and cried many tears.
You set the bar high for me to try and reach, but it was fun watching you teach.
I don't have a favorite memory all of them were fun even if it was just playing paddle ball in the sun. My time in Iraq you filled it with letters and boxes to make my day shine and to tell me everything will be fine. Living in Maine has been pretty hard, but I always came home or sent a card. Family will always be number one in my book, but you will always be the best family cook. There will be no more scones or Christmas cakes to bake, The ones in the stores taste fake.
Thank you for being the best mom ever one day we will be together.

Love
Debra
